Traditional political structures being challenged by the surge of new civic and political movements. Along with civil society advocates, movements have the upper hand in the future to become the next generation of change-makers, as long as movements have a good level of awareness on how to frame their organisations and talent to serve their goals.
My experience comes from being in the front line building a social movement and helping it grow to a stable organisation with professional members ready to work and translate their ideas into a reality. When we talk about organisational development, talent programs, and governance, it is tempting to assume that these are tools only for the corporate world. In my experience, these are general tools, but one thing is true: movements and non-profit realities are very different, yet the frameworks are very useful when considering those realities.
Rest assured, when working with me you will have a partner that will do his best to understand your organisational reality and goals before making any recommendations. My mission is to help your organisation and your members to transform social ideas of change into strategies to achieve it. about me
As a trainer and consultant, my job is to help civic movements and political organisations to materialize their vision and strategy by optimizing their structures and their members. In my 9 years of professional experience for the corporate sector, I developed knowledge of Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Corporate Governance, and External Affairs. In the last 5 years as a part-time consultant in the civil and political sector, I used this knowledge but translated my experience to the different needs of the organisations I worked for.
During my whole career, I have been privileged to have had mentors that motivated me to use my organisational/personal development and governance knowledge for the public good. Thanks to this, and in parallel with my experience in the corporate sector during the last 5 years, I have dedicated my volunteer time to enhance the work of local civil society and civic or political movements in Central and Eastern Europe.
I was born in Venezuela and lived in 4 different countries before becoming the Hungarian man I am today. My contribution to ensuring that populism stops spreading is to use my knowledge and serve as a trainer and consultant to organisations that share a vision to improve democracy, civic engagement and transparency. I hope that working together we can align our missions and work for the improvement of your talent and structure.
