ABOUT ME
I am Passionate to Make Change Happen
As a trainer and consultant, my job is to help civic movements and political organisations to materialize their vision and strategy by optimizing their structures and their members.

In my 9 years of professional experience for the corporate sector, I developed knowledge of Organisational Development, Talent Management, Employee Relations, Corporate Governance, and External Affairs. In the last 5 years as a part-time consultant in the civil and political sector, I used this knowledge but translated my experience to the different needs of the organisations I worked for.
During my whole career, I have been privileged to have had mentors that motivated me to use my organisational/personal development and governance knowledge for the public good. Thanks to this, and in parallel with my experience in the corporate sector during the last 5 years, I have dedicated my volunteer time to enhance the work of local civil society and civic or political movements in Central and Eastern Europe.
I was born in Venezuela and lived in 4 different countries before becoming the Hungarian man I am today. My contribution to ensuring that populism stops spreading is to use my knowledge and serve as a trainer and consultant to organisations that share a vision to improve democracy, civic engagement and transparency. I hope that working together we can align our missions and work for the improvement of your talent and structure.

why do i do it?
The destruction of the Venezuelan democracy forced me out of my home country when I was 21 years old to the USA, France and lastly to Hungary. As a lawyer working in public law and human rights, I came to Hungary to study constitutional law at CEU in 2011 on times of the constitutional change led by FIDESZ. I witnessed the deterioration of democracy in Venezuela and then in Hungary. In 2018, the Hungarian government set up strict conditions for CEU to operate and it led to the university being forced out of Hungary. In a crowd of over 4,000 people I made my biggest commitment that gets me up every day:

"I already lost a country, I am not going to lose another one without a fight."

As the Hungarian and European man I am today, my mission is to share my knowledge and the experience I gained in the front line with those leaders and organisations around the world willing to change our world for good. Together, we will do it!s
