I provide consulting sessions for political and social organisations and for individuals willing to start a social or political movement. In my role as a consultant for organisations, my goal is to understand the needs and realities of the client using a system of interviews with staff, managerial figures and political figures. Upon the mapping of needs, my goal is to agree with the client on the main problem statement on which we can come up with a solution. 

 

My approach is to provide a set of best practices and possible scenarios aiming to solve the identified organisational problem. Using co-optation to agree on solution scenarios, I suggest the organisation to appoint a responsible individual to work with me on solution implementation strategy. Upon coordination, I would work with the appointed individual to clarify any questions and to monitor the smooth implementation of the agreed solution. I am currently offering
